About Me

Hi there! I’m Erin - the photographer behind Everlight Collective. I’m married, a mom of two older kids, and I spend my days working in human resources and my evenings on the sidelines of games and cheer competitions, camera in hand.

What started as capturing moments for my own family has grown into a love for documenting the real, in-between moments - the ones that matter most.

The Full Story

Everlight Collective is rooted in something deeply personal to me.

I’ve always been the person who could find a picture for just about anything - a moment, a memory, a story. It’s how I’ve made sense of time, of change, of the things we want to hold onto but can’t always put into words.

That became even more meaningful as my family began navigating Alzheimer’s. When memories become harder to access, photographs take on a different role - they become anchors. They help tell the stories that might otherwise be lost, and they give us something tangible to hold onto.

Photography, for me, isn’t about perfection. It’s about connection. It’s about capturing the quiet, real moments - the ones you don’t think to document, but end up meaning the most.

Outside of photography, I work full-time in human resources, and I’m a mom to two older kids who keep me busy in the best way. Some of my favorite moments are spent volunteering my time on the sidelines of their activities, capturing not just the action - but the emotion, the pride, the energy that surrounds it.

Everlight Collective was built from all of this - the belief that moments matter, that memories are worth preserving, and that the images we hold onto often become more meaningful with time.
